Fort Babine (Witat)
"Fort Babine" is a tribal name of the Babine tribe of British Columbia, Canada.
It is the name of one of the important communities within the Lake Babine nation, also known
as Wit'at, which comes from a native Athabaskan word meaning "fish drying place."
