Karanka (Karankas)
"Karanka" is the name of one of the subgroups of the Aymara tribe of South America, located in what is now the Oruro region of Bolivia.
Here is a map showing the
traditional location of the Karankas and other Aymara groups. Their name is also spelled Caranga.
