Llanero Apaches (Llaneros)
"Llanero" is an alternate name for the Plains Apache tribe. Llaneros simply means "plains people" in Spanish,
and confusingly, was sometimes also used to refer to other groups of plains-dwelling Apaches, such as certain Jicarilla and
Lipan Apache tribes of Texas.
