Jivaroan Language Family

The Jivaroan languages are spoken in the rainforests of Ecuador and Peru. Jivaroan languages include:

  • Jivaroan Languages
  • Achuar-Shiwiar
  • Aguaruna
  • Huambisa
  • Shuar

  • Some linguists have considered Candoshi to also be a member of the Jivaroan language family, but the evidence for this is slight.
