Who are the Native Americans
American Indian heritage

The Olmec Nation
Q: Good Thursday Morning, I have noticed that the Olmec Nation of Pre-Spanish
Mexico is not in your list.

A: Hi, thanks for writing. We do not have pages up for
many of the languages of Mexico and Central America
yet, primarily due to time constraints and a lack of
materials in many of those languages. In the case of
Olmec the language has been extinct for a long time,
the writing system has been only partially deciphered,
and it's still not even known for sure which language
family it originally belonged to.
One good source on the ancient Olmec language is
http://www.ancientscripts.com/epiolmec.html. Hopefully
that can help get you pointed in the right direction.
Thanks for your interest, have a good day!
