Me-chet-sa

This is a picture of a portrait of an Osage man identified as "ME-CHET-SA." Does anyone recognize either the name or the picture? I'm guessing the man's name began with Mi, "sun," as many traditional Osage names do; but beyond that I'm stumped. He was presumably a warrior since his hair is roached. Anyone with more information please email me or the owner of the portrait. Thanks!
