Sharanahua Counting Worksheet

Like most Panoan languages, Sharanahua does not have many number words (really only two.) It is possible to count to high numbers in Sharanahua, but only by using long compound words combining the words for "one," "two," and "hand" (mucu.) Today, most Sharanahua speakers use Spanish numerals for counting higher than two.
