Tsafiki Counting Worksheet

Like many languages of South America, Tsafiki does not have many number words-- really only five. It is possible to count to high numbers in Tsafiki, but only by using long compound words combining the numbers one through four with the words for "hand," "more," and so on. Today the Tsafiki words for numbers higher than five are borrowed from Spanish (like sieteka, 'seven,' from Spanish siete) or Quichua (like sota, 'six,' from Quichua sucta).
