Charka (Charkas)

"Charka" is the name of one of the subgroups of the Aymara tribe of South America, located in what is now the Chuquisaca region of Bolivia. Here is a map showing the traditional location of the Charkas and other Aymara groups. Their name is also spelled Charca.
