Jebabaca (Jebábaca, Jebabacas)

"Jebabaca" is an alternate name for the Barasana tribe of Colombia. It comes from the native name of one of the tribal clans, and means "Jeba's people." Jeba is a Barasana mythological figure, from whom the Jebabaca claim descent.
