Mitche-Hant: See Aglebemu
"Mitche-Hant" is an alternate name for Aglebemu, a mythological monster frog of Wabanaki folklore.
While Aglebemu is the Giant Frog's name in the Penobscot, Maliseet and Passamaquoddy languages,
Mitche-Hant is a sobriquet meaning "the evil creature."
