Sabanero (Veraguas Sabanero, Guaymí Sabaneros)
"Sabanero" is an alternate name for the Buglere tribe of Panama. It is a Spanish name for them, meaning "people
of the savannah," referring to the plains of Veraguas that are part of the traditional Buglere territory.
They are also known as the Guaymi Sabaneros or Veraguas Sabaneros.
