Welcome to our Adai vocabulary page! Adai has not been spoken since the early 1800's, but some people believe it was related to the Caddoan languages like Caddo and Pawnee. We have included twenty basic Adai words here, to compare with related American Indian languages. You can find more Adai Indian words in our online picture glossaries. If you'd like to know an Adai word that is not currently on our site, you can take part in our Native translations fundraiser or visit our main Adai language site for more free resources.
