Mike Mountain Horse
Mike Mountain Horse was a 20th-century Blackfoot author and political leader of the Blood (Kainai) tribe.
His Blackfoot name was Miistatosomitai, which means "Mountain Horse" (both his Blackfoot name
and his last name came from his father, who had held this name before him.) Mountain Horse was born in
1888 and died in 1964.
