What's new on our site today!

Welcome to our Yuki vocabulary page! Yuki is an indigenous language of California. It is a language isolate, not known to be related to any other languages; however, some linguists have suggested it may be related to Wappo. We have included twenty basic Yuki words here, to compare with other American Indian languages. If you need to know a Yuki word that is not currently on our page, you can take part in our American Indian words fundraiser or visit our main Yuki language site for more free resources.
